Big Sky by Kate Atkinson- Our Review

Our Review …
‘Big Sky’ is Kate Atkinson’s latest masterpiece; the fifth installation in the Jackson Brodie novels.

Jackson Brodie is a private investigator, tough guy and a character that you very quickly gain an affinity for.

With a shadowy past, Jackson Brodie is an ex cop and ex military who has relocated to a sleepy town with his teenage son and his best mate, the Labrador Dido.
Except this quiet town has a dark desperate secret, lives are at risk and the lengths that some will go to to keep control is terrifying.

Atkinson, has written a spellbinding thriller. One to read as a stand alone, or one that will leave you desperate to go back and read the other books.

‘Big Sky’ is utterly enthralling. It is fast paced and witty, the way humour is used throughout the book is so clever and makes it all the more captivating.

A fantastic book, to cuddle up with on these wintry days and lose yourself in. Review by Lydia @ Great Escape Books
