Our Review…
The is an endearingly gentle tale of a little cat bewildered by the impact of civil war on her city. She wanders the streets of Aleppo scared and alone, searching for food and shelter, when she comes across a gentle couple helping a child who has fallen.
Based on a true story, this book is a wonderful way to humanise and explain the impact of war for small children ,while adding that in a time of conflict, ta little kindness goes a long way.
