Italian Street Food by Paola Bacchia – Our Review
If there’s a silver lining with Lockdown, it’s the time it gives us to try our hands at new recipes.
If you can’t go to Italy, let this great new guide bring the back streets of Italy to you.
Interspersed with great streetscape photos, glorious little iconic eateries offer up some of Italy’s tastiest and best-kept secret dishes.
My current favourite is Fiori Di Zucchini Ripieni (pg. 69). With straight-forward instructions and easy to source ingredients, even I can make it.
So, enliven your taste buds with a tasty morning pastry, a lunchtime crostino, a late afternoon arancini ball, and an evening serve of gnocchi and wine.
Treat yourself, Italian Street Food will brighten up your day.
