Nemesis (DS Lucas Walker #4) by Patricia Wolf – Our Review

Our Review…

The fourth installment in Patricia Wolf’s gripping series sees DS Walker venture into unfamiliar territory, where he encounters old friends and enemies on the streets of Berlin Germany.

When Walker receives word Stefan Markovich – leader of the Australian outlaw motorcycle gang – is in Berlin, he jumps at the chance to finally put his old nemesis behind bars, and to reunite with Berlin detective and friend Barabara Guerra.

Still recovering from her traumatic experience in Australia, Barbara is determined to prove she’s back at her best and eagerly takes on a suspicious death inside of a quiet lake community. But it quickly becomes clear she’s dealing with a murder that’s more complex and dangerous than anyone anticipated.

This series continues to stand out in Australian crime. I really enjoyed seeing Walker in an unfamiliar territory outside of Australia and thrilled to have Barabara back in the mix. I can’t wait to see what Patricia Wolf has in store for these characters and highly recommend this fantastic series.
