Nine Perfect Strangers by Liane Moriarty – Our Review
She’s back and in true form, taking a group of nine total strangers to a health resort -Tranquilliam House, to totally transform them in all ways…weight, diet, spiritual growth. There is a insight into each person and how they view the others. The pressure shows as Masha, their guide and guru leads them on the journey to their new selves as they adjust to life without i/phones, alcohol, chocolate (their secret stashes had been confiscated).
Entertaining enough but quite suddenly events take a dark turn and everything plummets into panic as they turn against one another, then settle into some serious teamwork and problem solving. They will never be the same again.
Wicked and very revealing, Nine Perfect Strangers is a delicious treat for the follower of this author. I have always enjoyed this writer so it’s a real treat for me.
