The Soulmate by Sally Hepworth – Our Review
A fantastic new fiction with loads of suspense and plot twists by bestselling author, Sally Hepworth.
Told from the perspectives of two women, Pippa and Amanda, this one will have you hooked from the very first page.
When Pippa and Gabe move with their two delightful young daughters to the coast, they buy on a lofty cliff, picking up their property at a bargain price when it is divulged that the sharp rise has become a popular and treacherous spot for people to take their lives.
But Gabe, soon becomes a local hero after talking down many would be desperate strangers. Until one day, Amanda arrives… and Gabe cannot save her.
Pippa watches on from inside and is sure her mind is playing tricks on her. Questioning what she really saw.
When a routine investigation into Amanda’s death takes place, Gabe fails to disclose that the woman wasn’t a stranger after all. Leaving more questions than answers as to what really happened.
Brilliantly written from both women’s perspective, before and after the death, the story unravels piece by piece. Absolutely entertaining, a great fiction read.
